Alligator Wetlands

Inspired by the rich flora and fauna of Florida’s swamps, this playful collection brings together charming alligators, wading birds, and coordinating geometrics in a lighthearted, contemporary style. At its heart is the American Alligators design—one of my personal favourites, originally created for the ‘Comeback Species’ challenge in 2021—which sparked the idea for a full collection built around these characterful creatures.

The range has grown into a vibrant mix of nine patterns and one alligator placement print, including three hero designs and unexpected additions like my Crustacean Station crab and lobster pattern, which complements the wetland theme perfectly. With a bold, maximalist spirit and a focus on joyful detail, this collection is designed to appeal to animal lovers of all ages.

Perfectly suited to children’s apparel, home décor, stationery, and accessories, the collection is designed for versatile licensing across fabric, paper goods, and lifestyle products. All patterns are created as seamless repeats for ease of application.
